Investors were exempted from tax in Ukraine!

Parliament of Ukraine (http://iportal.rada.gov.ua/) adopted law on exemption from profit tax of investors who organize Busines in Ukraine , implement investment projects, create joint ventures or buy operating business for further development in priority sectors of the Ukrainian economy

This is a good basis for improvement of conditions for investments attraction in priority sectors of the Ukrainian economy and increase of the investment attractiveness of Ukraine as a whole.

Foreign companies can buy Ukrainian land

October 2, 2012 the VerkhovnaRada of Ukraine(http://iportal.rada.gov.ua/)adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine concerning the acquisition of land ownership" whichprovides for the right of foreign law firms, companies with foreign investments to acquire ownershipnon-agricultural land within and outside settlements.
